With a background in economic development, strategy and business growth, Paula is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for driving and scaling businesses.
Paula set up her first business a consultancy, in the1990s growing it to an international business winning contracts across Central and Eastern Europe also working in China. Recently she launched a new venture Go International to help SMEs to soft land in North America.
An advisor to the UK Government’s Department of Communities and Local Government, she worked across England advising local authorities and Regional Government on business growth and skills.

Paula is an Executive in Residence at Sheffield Hallam University and Leader in Residence at the Business School University of Leeds.
